Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Programs support families during pregnancy, after birth, and throughout early childhood. At the North Shore Health Department, we partner with parents and caregivers to promote healthy pregnancies, strong early relationships, and safe environments for children.

We offer post partum home visits, breastfeeding support, caregiver groups, immunizations, child safety education, car seat fittings, and connections to community resources. Our goal is to help parents and caregivers feel supported, informed, and connected as they care for themselves and their children.
